About MeMy name is Jenny Seager and I live in Durbanville, Cape Town. I am married to John and have three teenage children.
After leaving school (Greenside High in Johannesburg) I spent a year at secretarial college. Over the next 5 years I completed diplomas in Marketing and PR. I’ve worked for a few big corporate companies and a number of other smaller companies, but decided that being my own boss, working for myself, was the way to go. I started a freelance secretarial service in 1996. The position of Trinity representative for the Western Cape became available in 2003 and I thought this could slot into what I was doing already. I applied for the position and got the job. I love the interaction with teachers, candidates and examiners and think that Trinity offer an outstanding set of exams. Apart from looking after my family, my business and Trinity, I enjoy the outdoors (we are great campers), I play the piano, enjoy reading and travel (when funds allow). Why this website? There was so much information I was sending out to music lovers and teachers that I thought it would make sense to put it all onto a website. I was introduced to the website building programme, SBI, by a friend, and I’ve not looked back. I had no knowledge of web design or html but SBI takes you through everything you need to know, step by step and you come out at the end, amazed at what you have achieved. SBI is an extremely user-friendly option; you work through a thorough and orderly step-by-step programme. For anyone who has thought of running their own business, have a look at some of the success stories of people in similar positions and who have run with their ideas. There are literally hundred of successful SBI websites built by people just like you and me.
