Friday, 25th May 2012 for August 2012 practical exam session.

Friday, 29th June 2012 for Oct/Nov practical exam session

Friday, 29th June 2012 for November 3th 2012 theory exam.

• Please highlight the names of 2012 Matric pupils so that I can schedule their exams to suit them.
• ALL LATE ENTRIES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A ‘LATE ENTRY FEE’.
• Separate forms for theory and practical.
• NO FAXED ENTRY FORMS will be accepted!
• Please note the dates of the exams above and mark clearly on your form, the dates your candidates ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO PERFORM. Please check with accompanists and look at school camps/holidays. It is not possible to change the timetable once appointment slips have been sent out.
