Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin tribute show

Due to the huge demand for and success of this show we have decided to extend it to every first Sunday Evening of the month.

Patrick Canovi’s “Kiss the Sky” show band will, for the first time ever, combine the best of all their previous tribute shows in one great rock show of 3 hours. This will include the “Jimi Hendrix” Tribute show, the “Led Zeppelin” Tribute show, featuring for the first time with Patrick on stage AXE (Louis Lourens), as well as the “Rock Legends” of yesteryear tribute including The Doors, Deep Purple, Clapton and Pink Floyd.

The previous “Jimi Hendrix” and “Rock Legends” tribute show received rave reviews in the last season they performed it and they played to packed houses at “The River Club”, among others.

The “Kiss the Sky” show band consists of a very talented cast. The leader of the pack is well know musician Patrick Canovi on guitar and vocals. Patrick was already awarded with a “Best guitar player” award at age 19, and again at the Dockside Battle of the bands in 2003. AXE (Louis Lourens) on guitar and vocals won the Paul Bothner “Fastest Fingers” competition 3 years in a row. Well known Alan Thwaites on drums needs no introduction and Michael Sangster on Bass completes the lineup.

Met haar veelsydige alt stem en natuurlike verhoogspersoonlikheid, kry Jennifer ‘n gehoor vinnig op hulle voete. Jennifer is al die afgelope 11 jaar ‘n bekende in die musiekbedryf en is veral bekend vir haar cd’s Hart se loper, Hoor Hoor en nou Die lewe is ‘n liedjie. Ter viering van haar 10jaar in die Afrikaanse musiekbedryf in 2010, het sy ‘n dubbel album getiteld “’’n Dekade van Musiek” met 40 van haar gunsteling liedjies op, uitgereik.

Jennifer het gehore veral van haar laat kennis neem met haar cd, Hoor Hoor, toe sy mens laat hoendervel uitslaan het met háár weergawe van Gé Korsten se treffer Liefling. Voorwaar ‘n eerste vir ‘n vroulike kunstenaar en sy staan beslis nie ‘n tree terug vir haar manlike eweknieë nie.

Jennifer het haarself al goed in die vermaaklikheidsbedryf gevestig as Sangeres, Liedjieskrywer, Compére (MC) en Televisie-Veldaanbieder. Dit is dus duidelik waarom Jennifer Zamudio as een van ons land se voorste Afrikaanse vermaaklikheids sterre bestempel word.
